Over the past 24 years, ARTEA has built its business around innovation and sustainability to become a leader in the energy transition.
Thanks to its multidisciplinary team, ARTEA offers its customers a comprehensive service offer in the various fields of real estate.
Today, we support our clients with low-carbon solutions combined with renewable energy supplied by Dream Energy. For the past four years, ARTEA has been developing its services and hospitality portfolio to offer an alternative, forward-thinking range of solutions. Our model enables us to aim for carbon neutrality by 2030 through the implementation of a ‘Double Zero’ strategy: zero carbon, zero fossil fuels.
Artea was established with the dual aim of developing a promotional arm and a property arm.
Combining the property and energy sectors by installing our first solar power systems on our buildings.
Establishment of the subsidiaries ARTEPROM, a property development company, and ARTESOL, an environmental engineering firm.
Launch of the first ARTEPARC eco-friendly commercial park in Meyreuil (13) – France’s first new-generation low-energy office park and first energy-positive campus, comprising 15,000 m² spread across nine buildings. The campus was completed in 2013.
Artea’s listing on Euronext.
Establishment of ARTEA SERVICES, a subsidiary specialising in business services.
Building up a portfolio of hydroelectric power stations to complement the portfolio of solar power stations (acquisition of 13 hydroelectric dams).
Opening in early 2018 of the first Coworkoffice co-working space, covering 2,500 m², within the Arteparc Lille Lesquin.
Launch of Dream Energy, a subsidiary of ARTEA, an electricity supplier.
Installation of the first private smart grid in the PACA region at Arteparc Sophia.
Artesol Energie supplies power to a large proportion of the building stock.

Launch of the STORIA brand, with the opening of L’Escalet, a 31-room hotel in Ramatuelle, the acquisition of the Château d’Artigny near Tours and the Convent of Sant’Orsola in Florence.
Agreement with TIIC for a €100 million equity partnership in Dream Energy.

The ARTEA STORIA Foundation
As part of this policy and in its capacity as a patron, a private non-profit foundation is overseeing the renovation of the future Sant’Orsola Museum in Florence. Even before its official opening, scheduled for 2026, the museum is organising a series of exhibitions during the renovation of the former convent of Sant’Orsola and inviting contemporary artists to offer their perspective on the building and its history.
